Clipboard history

Get back anything you copied — from Quap or from other apps.

Quap keeps a history of text you copy, both inside Quap and from other apps (the system clipboard). It stays on your computer.

Open it

Press ⌘⇧V, click the clipboard button in the title bar, or choose View → Clipboard History.

Use an entry

Each entry shows where it came from — App, System, Tree, Transform, Export or History — how long ago, and its size. Select one and:

  • Copy — put it back on the clipboard,
  • Paste into editor — insert it at the cursor of the active tab,
  • Open as tab — open it as a new document,
  • Delete — remove it from the history.

Type in Search clipboard… to filter. Clear all empties the history; Refresh picks up what other apps copied meanwhile.

Clipboard history is stored only on this computer, together with your other Quap data.
