OpenAPI and cURL
Check an OpenAPI definition and list its endpoints; take apart a curl command.
OpenAPI
Open an OpenAPI (Swagger) definition in JSON or YAML and choose Tools → OpenAPI. The panel shows:
- the API's title and version, or Not detected if the document is not an OpenAPI definition,
- Valid OpenAPI document, or a list of Errors,
- Suggestions — warnings and errors that point at weak spots in the definition,
- Endpoints — every method and path. Copy endpoints copies them as a Markdown list for a ticket or README.
The AI assistant has the same checks: Validate OpenAPI and OpenAPI endpoints (as a table) are in the suggestion bubbles.
cURL
Got a curl command from browser devtools or an API doc? Take it apart:
Open the tool
Tools → Inspect cURL, or select a curl command in the editor and choose Inspect curl from the right-click menu.
Parse
Paste the command and click Parse.
Read it
Quap shows the Method, URL, every Header and the Body. If the body is JSON, Open body as JSON opens it in a new tab with all the previews.
The AI suggestion curl → JSON turns the command into a JSON request description.
